about 4 days ago I want to welcome @Urvaksh back to the world of standard iOS 5. Even if its for a few days when to JB your iPhone again.
about 5 days ago @Urvaksh @joeypowell yes. That's awfully quick. I was at 40% at 4. Heavy use since. Now at 23%. 2.5 hours with less drain and more use.
about 5 days ago @joeypowell @Urvaksh yep, its got to be either exchange or JB. The backlight would not kill it that fast.
about 5 days ago @Urvaksh not sure about the heat-up, either unrelated, or bad battery. best way to test, un-JB for a couple days. see if it stops, then JB
about 5 days ago @Urvaksh before a full wipe, you could try re-setting-up the exchange account. But I still think the JB is more likely.
about 5 days ago @Urvaksh yeah, it could be email. are you guys on exchange 2010 now? what changed? could be constantly updating.
about 5 days ago @AlanaMarie Hand sanitizer.

ToodleDo a worthy GTD contender for iPhone and iPad

This review originally ran as part of my regular feature at topiphoneresource.info

Toodledo GTD iPhone AppJust recently we published a review of Appigo’s ToDo, but I just had to throw in another great ToDo list manager that’s out there, Toodledo. I have been using Toodledo on my iPhone for a while, but had not considered writing a review of it until I saw in the afore mentioned review, that To-do supported syncing with Toodledo’s website and online task management system. I thought this was interesting since I was already using their website as an integrated part of their own iPhone and IPad app.

Toodledo, like most iOS-based to-do managers covers the basics, then goes several steps further – and its in these extra features that they get my money, both from the $3.99 app purchase, and also from the $15 a year Pro level account on their website.

Toodledo starts by allowing me to organize my to-do list and notes so that I can be more productive. It can be used as a standalone application, or seamlessly synchronize it with Toodledo.com, so you will always have access to your important tasks. The iOS app makes it easy to quickly add an item to your schedule, providing you the flexibility of assigning contexts, due dates, deadline times, setting a priority, organizing as part of folders or goals, and in the case of Pro users, use Toodledo as an entry-level project management system by making use of the subtask feature.

Note taking in ToodledoToodledo is flexible enough to work with many different styles of list management. You can use the popular GTD methodology, or you can use your own system. You can keep things simple, or you can add as much complexity as you need. You can add free-form notes to your tasks, which I have found to be a great asset when working on client projects, or when making a sales call.

Toodledo has a Notebook section, perfect for taking non-task related notes as a quick way to jot down ideas or information, and it all gets synced with their website.

The Toodledo service can be set up to share a live link to your Google calendar. I use this to automatically schedule, and block out time in my day for getting things done. Any time I add a to-do with a due-date, it gets added to a specific Google calendar, that I can have synced across all my devices.

As far as the app goes, Toodledo is easy to use, and very intuitively put together. I have not experienced any stability issues, and syncing between phone and web has been seamless.

iPad version of toodledoPersonally, I don’t know how I could make it though my day, juggling an ever changing list of tasks at my 9 to 5 job, as well as getting things done for clients and for my family. Having access to all of it, and being able to focus on the tasks that I can do where I am at the time is extremely important.

While there are other to-do apps out there, some of them less expensive than the $3.99, in my use, none of the provide the complete user experience that Toodledo delivers on both the iPhone and iPad.
